Clean as new hotel

The standard queen room with a balcony, facilities worked for us. Accommodating and great staff providing excellent services.

Beautifully appointed hotel in an extra comfy area right by the regions main attractions, Lancaster, PA, and Amish Country in one day. Nicely decorated rooms with the very large bathroom and TV, for instance, friendly service. Savoury and enjoyable breakfast with good choice of great food. Wonderful location, short way from everywhere.

The breakfasts at After Eight exceeded my expectations. Every morning, Robert whipped up gourmet meals that were not just delicious but also beautifully plated. The dining area had a cute atmosphere, with a constant supply of coffee and snacks. I appreciated the cozy, well-maintained room that provided a perfect retreat after exploring the area. The breakfast timing felt a bit rigid for vacation mode. An extended window for dining would have made things easier, especially for those slow mornings. I found the proximity to the road a little too close for comfort at times. The noise from traffic was noticeable. I had to resort to earplugs for a better sleep experience. Despite this, the overall vibe of the B&B was great.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was lovely! The breakfast Robert whips up is just amazing, he always had fresh fruit juices. Plus, the outdoor dining area was a nice touch. Only thing is, parking can be a bit tight sometimes, especially on busy days. But overall, we had a fantastic time!

Charming room, good breakfast, the private entrance to our spacious accommodation allowed us to come and go without disturbing others during our two-night stay, and the beautiful outdoor dining area added a lovely touch to our mornings.
